Wholistic Energy Healing

As one begins on their spiritual journey of discovery this not only includes being aware of their thoughts, feelings, and actions it is becoming aware of the energy that flows through them on a daily basis.  Our bodies are composed of not only pathways of life giving blood, our body has energy pathways that keep us alive and well.  When our pathways become blocked we experience fatigue, confusion, and weakness.  We have trouble putting one foot in front of the other, getting dressed in the morning is a major ordeal, and we ask ourselves what is happening to our body?  Our body is trying to communicate that it requires some immediate attention.  We need to listen to the signs and symptoms of what our precious and sacred self is telling us. 

Traumas and emotions have a way of being stored in the body.  Through energy healing Debra assists her clients in learning to listen to their bodies and how to clear their charkas and their pathways so that their energy is restored and rejuvenated. 

There are many benefits of wholistic energy healing.  A few are:
