About Debra

Debra is a spiritual teacher, therapist, educator, writer, and spiritual life coach assisting people who wish to enhance their quality of life, personal growth and healing. The diverse healing modalities Debra uses are healing tools that enable a person to become more aware of their Inner Dwelling and in particular their health in completeness.

On this journey of spiritual growth and discipline Debra guides her clients deep into their Inner Dwelling where they will learn more about their inner truths, wisdom, direction, and their true authentic self.

The work that Debra does is very distinct and separate but complimentary to allopathic treatment.  People awaken to the realization that there are four dimensions to their healing.  These four dimensions must be in complete balance and harmony in order for a person to heal.  People become very aware of the intimate relationship between their body, mind, and soul and the energy that must be able to flow freely throughout the entire body at all times.

Debra’s approach assists people to move into a deeper knowing of who they are, the space they occupy on the planet, and the sacredness of their soul. 

Debra possesses a deep commitment to people’s health and healing.  With Debra’s guidance and a profound dedication to their own growth and development people evolve and become more attuned and conscious of their health and personal growth, the power of their language, the direction of their spiritual path, the appropriate career choices they need to make, their body’s energy, and who controls their soul.

Healing is a life long journey and needs to be practiced on a daily basis in order for a person to obtain optimum health and continuous consciousness.
Regardless of whether you are an athlete, student, mother, grandparent, parent, executive, in the ministry, or a therapist people are in constant need of soul/spirit healing.

Debra’s compassion, reverence, non-judgmental, and relaxing manner is evident in her approach to people to help them feel and know they are in a safe and sacred space where confidentiality is absolute.

Debra has been teaching health care workers and those involved in supporting people in distress as the imperative importance of spirituality and healing since 1995. She has assisted individuals, animals, athletes, organizations, retreat facilities, recovery homes, hospices, and charitable societies with her services and expertise.

Debra has a B.A. in psychology, M.T.S., Dip. in Sp. Direction, is a CAPPE specialist, is a qualified and certified Reiki practitioner, and has a M.A.M.S. degree.  She is a member of Spiritual Directors International, CAPPE and BC Holistic Practitioners.
